Sunday 28th Dec

2pm - Silent Book Club - Tabletop Social Edition

This month, we are switching things up! Rather than our usual Silent Book Club with companionable silence, we are opting for companionable fun! Join us for a relaxing afternoon of board games, card games, chatting and cosy vibes by the stove in Camus Farm Field Kitchen. It's a great chance to meet others, unwind and get out of the house over the Christmas season.

Saturday 2nd May

4pm Ceol at Camus

Concert featuring established Irish artist.

Friday 3rd July

4pm The Man in the Woman's Shoes

In this, the first in the trilogy, cobbler Pat Farnon lives on his own, just outside of town, contentedly aging in the cottage in which he was reared. Join him as he walks the five miles into his “metropolis,” populated with no-necked water diviners, sporting savants, loudmouths, and preachers.

Saturday 4th July

4pm I Hear You and Rejoice

Following on from The Man In The Woman's Shoes, this second in the trilogy, sees Pat Farnon, a cobbler and all-round contented man, embark on a journey he had not quite planned and finds that every twist in the road can bring its own surprises.

Sunday 5th July

4pm The Mysterious Case of Kitsy Rainey

Following on from The Man In The Woman's Shoes and I Hear You and Rejoice, this third in the trilogy, takes us on a very unusual and otherworldly journey. Having married Kitsy Rainey late in life, cobbler Pat Farnon finally decides to lift the lid on a life previously lived by his wife. And all the while, Pat faces down his own reckoning. Tender, heartfelt and joyously funny The Mysterious Case of Kitsy Rainey finishes out Pat Farnon's journey in a most unexpected way.

Sunday 2nd August

2pm Fair Days Fleadh

Daylong showcase of emerging Irish artists featuring:

WineMom - indie-rock from Dublin with fiery front woman Rosanna lighting the way

Pebbledash - shoegaze, dream-pop and traditional Irish music from Cork

The Wran - trad, punk and a hint of psychedelia from Waterford

Zoé Basha - American ragtime and Appalachian mountain songs

Julia-Maria - folk infused vocals, rich instrumental arrangements and poignant lyricism
